Resource & Thread Importer is a professional tool for importing resources and threads from other XenForo-based forums. The add-on automatically transfers all content: titles, descriptions, BB-code formatting, images, files, tags, icons, attachments, and media content. It supports importing both local files and external links. An ideal solution for content migration, merging forums, or creating backup copies of resources.

CORE FEATURES:
Resource Import (XFRM)
The add-on fully supports importing all resource types from XenForo Resource Manager:

• Titles and tag lines — complete transfer of names and short descriptions (tag lines)
• Full descriptions with BB-code — preserves all formatting, including tables, lists, quotes, code blocks, and spoilers
• Resource icons — automatic download and installation of icons
• Files (archives) — downloads files and creates attachments within the XenForo system
• External links (external_url) — imports links with automatic creation of a "Go to Download" button
• Tags — full transfer of all resource tags
• Resource versions — imports version numbers
• Images from descriptions — downloads and stores all images locally
• Alternative support URLs — imports additional links

Thread Import
The add-on allows importing threads from other forums with full content preservation:

• Thread titles — complete transfer of titles
• Full content with BB-code — preserves all formatting
• Tags — imports all thread tags
• Target forum selection — ability to choose a destination forum for import
• Images and attachments — downloads and stores locally
• Prefix filtering during import — the dropdown list displays only prefixes allowed for the selected forum (respects the prefix_cache setting in the XenForo core), not all forum prefixes.
• Configuration for allowed nodes (forums) and resource categories — allows you to restrict which forums and resource categories users can import threads and resources into.

AUTHORIZATION ON DONOR SITES:
For importing from sites that require authentication, the add-on provides a flexible account management system:

• Adding accounts in the Admin Control Panel — management via a dedicated section
• Public accounts page — available at /rti-accounts for users with appropriate permissions
• Support for shared accounts — one account for all administrators
• Account search by owner — convenient search in the Admin CP
• Secure password storage — all passwords are stored in encrypted form

SECURITY AND LOGGING:
The add-on provides full control over the import process:

• Saving all import logs — every operation is recorded in the log
• Automatic log cleanup via CRON — configurable deletion of old records
• Duplicate account protection — prevents the creation of duplicate entries
• Disabling logging when needed — flexible configuration

CLEANUP OF UNWANTED CONTENT:
The add-on automatically removes the following from imported content:

• Zero-Width Spaces
• Anchor links
• Reaction blocks and actionBar
• Merged post information
• Edit information
• Avatars and user information, including signatures
• JSON garbage
• HTML entities

The license cannot be transferred or used on multiple domains, even if they belong to the same owner. 1 domain = 1 license!
The license key is verified through the licensing server on every import. If the key does not match the domain — the import is blocked.
Attempts to circumvent license protection, remove or modify license verification code, or remove copyright notices constitute a violation of the license agreement and will result in immediate plugin blocking.
The license may be transferred to another domain only upon agreement with the developer and for a valid reason (e.g., project domain change). License transfer is subject to a separate fee and is carried out only after verification.
Redistribution is prohibited. You are not allowed to publish, upload, transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute the add-on files to third parties.
Publication on your own resource is prohibited. You may not place the add-on on your site or any other resource in public access.
Resale is prohibited. You are not allowed to resell the add-on or impersonate the developer.

If license violations are detected:

• The license is revoked immediately without the possibility of reinstatement.
• Access to updates and technical support is terminated.
• The user is removed from all support channels without the possibility of unblocking.
